1. Shipping Coverage
Weave Story currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. Pin code serviceability is verified at the time of checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,499
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,499
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout before payment
- All prices are inclusive of GST. No hidden charges
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata)
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistics issues.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement
- Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays)
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS
- You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number

6. Packaging
All sarees are carefully packaged in premium quality packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most serviceable pin codes
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- Orders may be verified via phone before dispatch for COD orders
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
- If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us
- For COD orders, the order will be cancelled
- Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate during checkout
9. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the damaged package and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
