1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions listed below.
2. Return Conditions
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be in its original condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@weavestory.store with your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photographs of the product (for damaged/defective claims)
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- To exchange a product, follow the same return process and place a new order
- If the exchange item is of a different price, the difference will be adjusted
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees that have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
6. Return Shipping
- Damaged/Wrong Product: Return shipping is free (we arrange pickup)
- Change of Mind: Return shipping charges of ₹99 may be deducted from the refund
7. Refund After Return
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- Refund is processed within 7-10 business days
- For COD orders, refund is issued via bank transfer/UPI
- For prepaid orders, refund is credited to the original payment method
