1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched
- To cancel an order, contact us at info@weavestory.store or call +91 9059558409 with your order number
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will be treated as returns
After Dispatch
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly
- You may refuse the delivery, and the return process will apply
- Alternatively, you can initiate a return after receiving the product
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the saree arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered
- Quality Issue: If the product does not match the description on the website significantly
- Order Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before dispatch
3. Refund Timeline
- Cancellation before dispatch: Refund within 5-7 business days
- Returns received at warehouse: Refund processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 7-10 business days after return is approved
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
5. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@weavestory.store
- Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photos (for damaged/defective items)
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions
- Refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the product shows signs of use or is returned without original packaging, at our discretion.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free
- For buyer's remorse or change of mind, return shipping charges may apply
